GiovanniRichelieu ships orders primarily through USPS. Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed, order details have been reviewed, and shipping information has been accepted by our system.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing begins after payment authorization is complete. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, local service interruptions, or address issues.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the package is accepted by USPS.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If tracking shows a package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to complete delivery. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be unavailable for certain destinations because of carrier limitations, local rules, or address serviceability. If we cannot ship an order as placed, we will contact you using the checkout email address.
